This programme addresses the mind (conscious and unconscious), body (somatic work), and spirit. We don't just talk about your trauma, we process and release it from your body.
No. We don't need to rehash every detail of your past. The work is about processing what's stored in your body and nervous system, not retelling the story over and over. You'll feel safe, supported, and in control throughout the entire process.
If you're asking this question, you're likely more ready than you think. "Not ready" is often the protective part of you trying to keep you safe. That said, this work requires commitment and willingness to feel uncomfortable at times. If you're willing to show up for yourself, we'll meet you exactly where you are.
Yes. This programme is specifically designed for people with complex trauma and cPTSD. We understand the unique challenges of growing up in environments where there was violence, neglect, abuse, or emotional unsafety. The work is trauma-informed, nervous system-focused, and designed to help you move from survival to thriving.
After the 10-week intensive programme, you'll have 12 months of integration support including monthly check-in calls, access to the community, and ongoing resources. This ensures the changes you make are sustainable and you have support as you integrate the work into your daily life.
All calls are recorded and you'll have lifetime access to the recordings. However, the live experience is where the magic happens, the group energy, the real-time processing, and the collective healing. We strongly encourage attending live whenever possible.
